Privacy

A summary of what we collect, how we use it, what we don't do with it, and your privacy rights. Effective September 20, 2026.

The quote tool

The quote form needs gender, birth date, a self-assessed health level, tobacco status, coverage target, and policy length. We send this to the carriers' quoting engine to return prices; we don't retain it. Getting a quote doesn't ask for your name, street address, phone, or email. If you ask the same quote twice, a short-term local cache may serve the earlier result instead of querying the carriers again.

Applying

Should you choose to apply, your prior answers feed into a secure application managed by the carriers' platform, and you'll follow their confidentiality rules from that point onward. Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California insurance firm (License 0B75129), is your handler.

The contact form

Our contact form collects your name, email, optional phone number, your channel preference (phone or email), a subject category, and your message. It travels by email to our office; we reply from your provided email address. This site stores no archive, maintains no submissions database, and logs no message text. A brief, device-side anti-spam check fires before the message goes out.

Measurement

We measure visits using a first-party system with no cookies or identifiers stored on your device. Your IP address is partially masked before storage. Referral tracking strips out search terms. Records expire within 90 days. Browsers announcing Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control receive no measurement at all.

What we do not do

We don't buy or sell personal data, we don't employ ad trackers, and we don't call third-party analytics. The sole external code on this site is the carriers' application service, which only activates on the application page itself.
